Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for an architect and 3D visualizer. Responsibilities include designing and developing architectural concepts, creating detailed 3D visualizations, and collaborating with the design team to interpret client requirements. The architect will also be required to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution, as well as ensuring the integration of aesthetic, functional, and sustainable features into various projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architecture and architectural design, including creating concepts and plans that align with project requirements.
• Strong skills in 3D visualization and software tools to create compelling, accurate renderings for architectural projects.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to ensure smooth execution and completion of projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance creativity with practicality.
• Familiarity with architectural software like AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3ds max, V-ray, Lumion, etc.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and the use of local materials is an asset.
• Diploma, bachelor's, or master's degree in architecture or a related field.
• Must be from Ludhiana or within the region or ready to relocate
