Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve claims related to denials and rejections.
- Handle physician billing and follow up with insurance companies in the US healthcare domain.
- Call insurance companies for claim status, payments, and denials.
- Review and analyze accounts, work towards reducing A/R days.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in AR calling for US healthcare.
- Strong understanding of denial management and physician billing.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of US healthcare industry, including insurance and claim procedures.
