Job Title: Senior AR Caller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Caller with strong knowledge in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling insurance follow-ups, denial management, and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with US insurance companies for claim status

Work on denied and rejected claims

Identify root causes for denials and take corrective action

Ensure timely reimbursement of outstanding accounts

Maintain accurate documentation of calls and claim updates

Meet daily and monthly productivity targets

Train and guide junior AR callers (if required)

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM

Experience in Physician / Hospital Billing

Good understanding of EOB, ERA, Denial Codes

Excellent communication skills (US accent preferred)

Ability to work on aging reports

Experience in tools like EPIC / eClinicalWorks / Athena / Kareo (added advantage)

Experience: 3+ Years in AR Calling

Qualification: Any Graduate

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
