We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AR Caller, RCM Specialist to join our team in India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and maintaining positive relationships with patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Conducting timely follow-ups with patients and healthcare providers regarding outstanding accounts receivable.
• Managing patient accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes effectively and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions in the system.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to streamline the revenue cycle process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, medical billing, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Ability to analyze accounts and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance billing and collections processes.
