We are seeking an AR Caller with 6 months-2 years of experience in US healthcare billing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of payments. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of healthcare billing processes are essential for success in this role.

This is a physician billing provider role.

Immediate joiners required. Egmore / Nungambakkam location.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.
• Review and analyze accounts to identify potential issues and resolutions.
• Document all communication with clients in the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of US healthcare billing processes and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary- Upto 42K per month based on your previous experience and salary.
