Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)

Role: Senior Process Executive (SPE)

Experience: 1.6 + Years

CTC: Up to 5.58 LPA (Including 18,000 Variable Pay)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Eligibility

Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) with complete educational documents.

1.6–4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.

Mandatory experience in AR Calling (Voice Process) with Denial Management.

Willing to work from the office and in US night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with insurance companies on denied medical claims.

Analyze denial reasons and perform appropriate corrective actions.

Handle appeals, corrected claims, reconsiderations, and claim resubmissions.

Ensure timely resolution of denied and unpaid claims.

Coordinate with Coding, Billing, and Payment Posting teams.

Maintain accurate documentation while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Hands-on experience in AR Follow-up & Denial Management.

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.

Familiarity with EOBs, ERAs, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and the complete claim lifecycle.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
