We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AR Caller to join our healthcare team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, conducting follow-up calls with patients, and ensuring timely resolution of billing inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up calls with patients regarding outstanding balances and payment plans.
- Review patient accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to gather information and clarify issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the billing system.
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing patient inquiries and concerns about billing.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing in healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of physician billing processes and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate billing and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in denial management.
