Job Summary
We are looking for experienced AR Callers / Senior AR Callers / AR Specialists with strong expertise in US Healthcare AR Follow-up and Denial Management. The role involves interacting with US insurance payers, resolving unpaid and denied claims, and ensuring timely collections as per defined performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review unpaid and denied medical claims submitted to US insurance payers
- Perform AR Follow-up via payer calls and payer portals to determine claim status
- Analyze denials, underpayments, and payment discrepancies
- Initiate corrective actions, resubmit or refile claims as required
- Prepare and submit appeal documentation when necessary
- Document all follow-up activities and actions in the billing system
- Meet daily productivity and performance benchmarks
- Continuously improve knowledge of CPT and DX codes related to AR resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 years of experience in AR Calling / AR Follow-up / Denial Management
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Hands-on experience with Physician Billing (CMS-1500) and/or Hospital Billing (UB-04)
- Knowledge of minimum 810 denial scenarios
- Good communication skills with fair command over English
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills

- Maximum acceptable career gap: 3 months
- Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within 25 km of the work location
