Aptitude Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Aptitude Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training sessions on quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning to students preparing for competitive exams and campus placements. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, adapting training methods to suit diverse learning styles, managing classroom interactions, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The Aptitude Trainer will work closely with program coordinators to ensure training goals are met effectively.

• Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability concepts
• Effective Presentation, Communication, and Public Speaking skills
• Experience in Training, Curriculum Development, and Content Creation
• Interpersonal and Classroom Management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve academic and career success
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator in competitive exams or placement preparation is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Education, or a related field
