Aptitude Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer based in Bengaluru. The Aptitude Trainer will deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students in areas such as quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. Responsibilities include preparing course content, evaluating student performance, and providing feedback to help improve their skills. The role also involves staying updated with current trends and industry demands to ensure the training remains relevant and impactful.

• Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to create and customize engaging course materials and content
• Analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students of varying skill levels
• Experience in mentoring or training students for competitive exams or placements
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Passion for teaching and ability to inspire and motivate learners
• Previous experience as an Aptitude Trainer or in a similar role is preferred
