APS Implementation Consultant
We are looking for experienced APS Implementation Consultants with strong expertise in planning and scheduling solutions. The candidate will play a key role in implementing our APS product and working closely with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) solutions
Understand business requirements related to production planning, capacity planning, and scheduling
Translate client requirements into system configurations and functional designs
Lead client discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs
Optimize production schedules based on constraints (machines, materials, manpower)
Collaborate with technical teams for successful deployment and integration
Provide user training, support, and post-implementation assistance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues
Prepare project documentation, workflows, and reports
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain planning
Hands-on experience in Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) concepts
Good knowledge of SQL / data handling
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working with global clients / stakeholders
Preferred / Add-on Skills
Exposure to Siemens Opcenter APS or similar APS tools
Experience with manufacturing operations management (MOM) solutions
Knowledge of Siemens ecosystem will be an added advantage
Experience: 6+ Years
