Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment setter. The primary responsibilities include:
- Connecting with inbound leads via phone calls.
- Understanding their emotional triggers.
- Guiding them with empathy and conviction to the best decision for their health.
- Book 200+ qualified calls/month
- Maintain quality CRM entries and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in prospecting and maintaining high show-up rate.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous experience in appointment setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or cold calling.
- Confident on calls with excellent verbal skills.
- Skilled at active listening, emotional connection, and guiding decisions.
- Committed, self-driven, and available Mon–Sat (10AM–7PM IST).
What You'll Earn:
- You'll be compensated based on how well you convert. The better you perform, the more you earn.
- Base Pay: ₹20,000 with earning potential of ₹50,000+ per month
