Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Software Engineer to join our cutting-edge team working on Agentic AI, AI/Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing intelligent, autonomous systems that can perceive, learn, and act in complex environments, with a strong focus on LLMs and their applications.

Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in AI/ML, Computer Science, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in AI/ML or relevant roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and backend system integration.
- Experience with REST API development or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, crew, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and ML algorithms focusing on Agentic AI systems that operate autonomously and adapt to changing environments.
- Work with AI technologies and frameworks like LangGraph, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and other AI/ML tools to develop innovative solutions.
- Build LLM-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain, applying advanced NLP techniques and knowledge graphs.
- Integrate Generative AI applications with backend systems to create intelligent and adaptive systems.
- Participate in technical documentation, code reviews, and collaborate on research papers and reports.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless application integration.
- Actively contribute to the ongoing learning and evolution of AI solutions in the company.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical and operational needs are met.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Programming languages: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, PySpark.
- AI/ML frameworks: Familiar with frameworks such as LangGraph, crew, TensorFlow, scikit-learn. Proficient in prompt engineering.
- LLMs expertise: Knowledge of LangChain or similar frameworks for building LLM-powered applications.
- Advanced techniques: Proficient in natural language processing, graph neural networks, and knowledge graphs.
- ML algorithms: Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Backend integration: Experience in integrating Gen AI applications with backend systems.
- API Development: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of DW/BI, Data Engineering, or Data Science.
- Version control & methodologies: Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
