As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous link between clients and the system or application. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Your role involves accurately identifying client issues and crafting appropriate solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product. This position requires attentiveness and a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of world-class systems, fostering strong client relationships through consistent support and problem resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
- Document and share knowledge gained from client interactions to support continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 & above or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze and interpret client issues to develop clear and effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system and application support processes to ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Capability to manage multiple client requests while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- A 15-year full time education is required.
- 24*7 Shift Support is required hence candidate should be willing to work in this shift schedule
