Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must have skills : Japanese Language

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous link between clients and the system or application. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Your role involves accurately identifying client issues and crafting appropriate solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product. This position requires attentiveness and a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of world-class systems, fostering strong client relationships through consistent support and problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
  • Document and share knowledge gained from client interactions to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 & above or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret client issues to develop clear and effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with system and application support processes to ensure timely resolution of problems.
  • Capability to manage multiple client requests while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Japanese Language.
  • A 15-year full time education is required.
  • 24*7 Shift Support is required hence candidate should be willing to work in this shift schedule
