Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous link between clients and the system or application. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Your role involves accurately identifying client issues and crafting appropriate solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product. This position requires attentiveness and a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of world-class systems, fostering strong client relationships through consistent support and problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
Document and share knowledge gained from client interactions to support continuous improvement.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 & above or equivalent).
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Ability to analyze and interpret client issues to develop clear and effective solutions.
Familiarity with system and application support processes to ensure timely resolution of problems.
Capability to manage multiple client requests while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Japanese Language.
A 15-year full time education is required.
24*7 Shift Support is required hence candidate should be willing to work in this shift schedule
