You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, accurately diagnosing issues and crafting effective solutions based on your extensive product knowledge. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of our world-class systems, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support throughout their interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong understanding of system administration and configuration management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Familiarity with client-server architecture and network protocols.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
