Monitor and ensure the availability of production systems.

Assist in the resolution of incidents and outages.

Support the restoration of services in the production environment.

Help establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures.

Contribute to data retention practices.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management.

Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
