Key Skills:
- Gathering and investigating issues, escalating to the appropriate channels when necessary –
- Setting and managing product support tickets
- Acting as 1st Line Support for incidents escalated from other support teams Reporting
- In conjunction with the Department Head, scope all reporting requirements
- Build, test and deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the client's specifications Technical Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in Application Support or ITES.
- Experience in usage of MS Office tools • Ability to Understand and frame basic SQL queries
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability for Customer Service
