Job Description

Note: We are looking for only Immediate Joiners or who can join within 15 days.

Key Skills:

  • Gathering and investigating issues, escalating to the appropriate channels when necessary –
  • Setting and managing product support tickets
  • Acting as 1st Line Support for incidents escalated from other support teams Reporting
  • In conjunction with the Department Head, scope all reporting requirements
  • Build, test and deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the client's specifications Technical Skills and Experience:
  • 3-4 years of experience in Application Support or ITES.
  • Experience in usage of MS Office tools • Ability to Understand and frame basic SQL queries
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability for Customer Service
