Job Title: Application Support Lead – Applications & AIS Monitoring

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 24×7 monitoring team handling all enterprise apps.
- Manage alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and real-time health checks.
- Ensure proactive detection of service degradation, job failures, API errors, VM health issues.
- Oversee L1 triage and escalation.
- Manage rotating shifts and on-call support.
Qualifications
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Dynatrace / DataDog / Splunk
- Azure Monitor & KQL
