Job Description
Application Support Engineer | Remote (US Night Shift) | Training in Bangalore(for 1st month)
We're hiring an Application Support Engineer to deploy, troubleshoot and optimize Auditnex and Agentnex, our AI platforms serving global clients. You'll sit at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, containers and customer success.
Your impact
- Provision and manage cloud instances, security groups and networking
- Administer Ubuntu and Windows environments, including NVIDIA GPU driver setup
- Own Docker operations and deep-dive log analysis
- Configure and tune Nginx, reverse proxies and load balancers
- Use advanced SQL and Python automation to resolve issues and streamline operations
- Lead client onboarding and escalations with clear, confident communication
You have
- 5 years in Cloud Ops, DevOps Support, Systems Administration or Application Support
- Hands-on Docker and Ubuntu CLI expertise
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Nginx experience, including troubleshooting bottlenecks
- A proven record of managing clients in technical support settings
Work model
- Night shift (US team hours)
- First month: onsite training at our Bangalore office
- Thereafter: 100% remote
- Compensation: 8–10 LPA
