The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues in cloud environments.
• Ability to monitor and maintain high availability and performance of cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.
