Hands-on experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, UIM
Proficient in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, ITSM) for incident and request management
Strong knowledge of SQL, Linux, and basic understanding of Java applications
Basic understanding of Incident Management processes, SLA/KPIs, and ITSM lifecycle
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations
Excellent decision-making, analytical, and time management skills with multitasking abilities
Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, with the ability to commute to the office and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents
Supporting application teams by extracting data from databases and handling service requests (SR)
Experience in troubleshooting application performance issues and providing timely resolutions
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-centric approach
