Application Support Engineer

• Resolve production incidents across applications, databases, APIs, and integrated systems within SLA.

• Use SQL, log analysis, and monitoring tools to identify root causes and troubleshoot issues.

• Collaborate with vendors, development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams for issue resolution.

• Lead incident management, stakeholder communication, and root cause analysis activities.

• Support releases, upgrades, documentation, and 24x7 on-call support for critical systems.
