Job Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain business applications used for reporting, administration, and daily operations.
- Monitor and support application systems in both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot application and database issues, particularly for Oracle-based systems.
- Investigate system incidents, resolve user issues, and provide technical support.
- Assist in the migration of legacy applications, databases, and reporting systems.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide system support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and system documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development or application support.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as C#, Java, SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, Spring, GWT, RabbitMQ, and Oracle Database.
- Good understanding of Oracle database applications, including troubleshooting and change support.
- Experience supporting business applications in both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with legacy system migration projects will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong documentation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
