Summary:
This role focuses on production support for the LoanIQ application. The primary responsibilities include assisting Business Analysts and Business Partners in troubleshooting issues, working with the LoanIQ Vendor, Finastra, to resolve software issues, and handling all necessary software upgrades or installations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot LoanIQ issues.
- Partner with LoanIQ Business Analysts to provide solutions as requested by Business Partners.
- Complete any necessary upgrades or installations of LoanIQ software.
- Resolve identified security vulnerabilities.
- Work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment with a diverse team across multiple areas of the IT department and the business.
- Participate in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.
- Execute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience desired.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development or support, with preferably at least 1 year of LoanIQ related experience.
- Understanding of Financially Significant Applications and Sarbanes-Oxley practices.
Required Skills:
- Experience in working with LoanIQ or similar accounting systems, SQL/PL-SQL, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
- Proven strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical-minded and business-minded individuals.
- Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
