Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used in application support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Strong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail - Capacity to work well in groups and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members - Knowledge about the subject area in which they are working - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Positive Attitude -Communication skills -Flexibility -Taking initiative - expert knowledge in IBM App Connect with Java knowledge and IBM MQ - The ability to develop and interpret technical plans - A creative approach to problem solving - should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in IBM Integration Bus and good Java knowledge - Analyze Business Requirements and Assess Impact With Existing Database Architecture - Constantly Seeking and Learning New Technology - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM App Connect. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and data transformation techniques. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with monitoring tools to ensure system performance and reliability. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address application challenges. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM App Connect. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
