Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for applications built on AS400, Java, C++, or .NET
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal business impact
- Execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue diagnosis
- Monitor application performance and system health
- Collaborate with L1 teams, developers, and stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
- Assist in application deployments and configuration
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation
- Communicate effectively with end users and business teams
Required Skills
- Strong L2 application support experience
- Proficiency in AS400 or Java or C++ or .NET
- Solid SQL knowledge
- Understanding of object-based programming
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- ITIL framework knowledge
- Incident and problem management experience
- Automation exposure
- Financial or technology domain experience
