Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of business systems, allowing for seamless operations across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
  • Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Now Assist.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex software issues.
  • Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Now Assist.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
