Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain operational integrity, all while adapting to the evolving needs of the business environment.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
