- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance and successful results.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems within your team and across other teams.
- Lead and mentor junior professionals to foster team growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development, SAP Adobe/Adobe Interactive Development, SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FICA), and SAP ABAP Web Dynpro.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration.
- Experience in developing custom solutions using SAP ABAP.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex SAP programs.
Additional Information:
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development is required.
- This position is based in Nagpur.
