Job Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business and technical requirements. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions and contributing to key decisions within the organization.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance and successful outcomes.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems within your team and across other teams.
- Lead and mentor junior professionals to enhance team capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development, SAP Adobe/Adobe Interactive Development, SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FICA), and SAP ABAP Web Dynpro.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration.
- Experience in developing custom solutions using SAP ABAP.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex SAP programs.
Additional Information:
