Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a ServiceNow instance, including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionaries, and catalog items.
- Configure workflows in the ServiceNow platform.
- Resolve ad hoc challenges, including break-fix issues.
- Work with release/version upgrades.
Technical Experience:
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform, including ITSM, Custom Development, and ITOM.
- Exposure to complete ITSM/ITIL support processes, especially in areas of Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operation.
- Experience with 3rd party integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Ability to identify gaps in IT operations and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the administration and configuration development of the tool.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
