• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and troubleshooting complex software issues.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications to ensure high availability.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of incidents.
