• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and support future problem resolution.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP Plant Maintenance modules.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to work with system logs, error messages, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business process workflows related to plant maintenance and asset management.
