Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components function seamlessly, contributing to the overall reliability of the services provided.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and tools.
