Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall team efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex virtualization issues.
• Ability to monitor and optimize virtual environments for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with system backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Skilled in scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.
