Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
• Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of application deployment, scaling, and monitoring using Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.
• Ability to analyze logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
