The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaborating with different teams to maintain service reliability and efficiency throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
Strong understanding of application deployment, scaling, and monitoring using Kubernetes.
Familiarity with troubleshooting distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.
Ability to analyze logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Kubernetes.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
