Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for IVD products, including Immunoassay, Hematology, or Chemistry Analyzers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or application issues, leveraging expert support when needed.
- Prioritize customer needs and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and use CRM systems for call handling and closure.
- Travel across South India as required to support field operations.
- Demonstrate strong planning, workflow understanding, and knowledge of laboratory information systems.
- Work remotely while maintaining excellent customer support standards.
