Field Application Specialist – Cell Culture Media

Provide on-site and remote technical support for Cytiva's cell culture portfolio including HyClone media, serum, supplements, and upstream bioreactor workflows.

Troubleshoot customer challenges related to cell growth, productivity, contamination, and process scale-up.

Conduct customer training sessions, demonstrations, and application workshops.

Support the commercial team with technology evaluations, product trials, and solution recommendations.

Deliver technical presentations to R&D, Process Development, QC, and manufacturing teams in biopharma companies.

Assist customers with workflow optimization including CHO/HEK cell culture, media optimization, seed train development, and single-use bioreactor adoption.

Document technical findings and collaborate with product management and global application teams.

Participate in conferences, seminars, and collaborations with academic or government institutions.
