SmartComm Developer

Contract Duration : 3 - 6 months 

Location: Remote

Experience : 8+ years 

Budget: 1.5 LPM

Must-Have Profile (non-negotiables)

8+ years hands-on core SmartCOMM experience. Candidate may have other experience, but this is minimum experience needed on SmartCOMM.

Has personally built and modified document templates, not just supported

Strong experience working with:

XML / JSON data mapping

conditional rules inside templates

Has worked in insurance domain (P&C preferred)

Has handled:

production support issues

template defects

enhancement requests

 Critical Capability

Candidate must demonstrate:

Ability to take unclear requirements and still produce output

Ability to debug:

data issues vs template issues

Comfort working in messy environments (because VM will be messy)

 Strong performance track record

Worked in environments with:

multiple templates (50+)

multi-state / multi-LoB logic

Has dealt with:

batch document generation

large schedules (SOVs, driver lists, etc.)

Has worked offshore with US clients directly
