As an Application Lead, you will oversee the application development process, ensuring successful project delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact, leading efforts to design, build, and configure applications that meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrate influencing and advisory skills to guide team strategy.
- Make critical team decisions and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key business decisions.
- Provide solutions that apply across multiple teams and projects.
- Lead the application development team in designing and implementing software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have:
- Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands-on implementation of various machine learning algorithms (linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, clustering).
- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
Additional Information
- The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A degree in Application Lead is required.
