Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the banking sector.

- Design and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop competitive and compliant compensation structures aligned with industry standards.
- Oversee the design and management of employee benefits programs.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the organization's HR policies and practices comply with banking regulations and labor laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their implications.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role in the banking or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.
