What You've Accomplished
- 2-4 years of software development experience, working experience on Java.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design, passionate about learning new technologies
- Experience using the following: Core Java, J2EE, Web application/ full stack developer
- Strong knowledge of Core Java fundamentals like Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling, Generics, etc.
- Good Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL experience.
- Exposure to HTML,XML, CSS and JavaScript. Other UI technologies/frameworks like ReactJS, Angular would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to REST services: both producing and consuming.
- Willingness to work on Pega Platform (CSA/CSSA certification would be an added advantage).
- Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and constant desire for innovation.
- Should be able to take ownership of the deliverables assigned and would be able to deliver with no or minimal guidance.
- Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to deliver World-class software
