Design machines and mechanisms, including performing design calculations, manufacturing process planning, machine layout, and preparing detailed drawings.
Apply knowledge of GMP standards, design standards, GD&T, and problem-solving/failure analysis techniques.
Design and evaluate product and film handling systems, different types of fillers, and material handling systems.
Customize application design and provide innovative application engineering solutions.
Manage turnkey projects and plan machine and allied equipment layouts.
Handle technical order vetting and conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).
Work on HFFS & VFFS packaging machines for design, evaluation, and application handling.
Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Team Centre, and ERP systems for design and project management.
