As an Application Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Electronics Application Support Team. You will provide expert-level support to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support (telephone/email) to Keysight customers for hardware and software-related queries.
- Troubleshoot product failures, implement solutions, and escalate issues as required.
- Assist with hardware and software upgrades to ensure smooth transitions.
- Resolve licensing-related queries and generate RMA requests when necessary.
- Configure Keysight Technologies equipment to optimize functionality.
- Create opportunities for license renewals or new product sales.
- Develop knowledge base articles to enhance customer self-service.
- Escalate priority issues to appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
Desired Skills:
- Electronics Expertise: Solid understanding of electronics and components testing/measurement.
- Instruments Knowledge: Familiarity with devices like DMM, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
- Customer Support Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
- Keysight Product Knowledge: Added advantage.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, MATLAB, Windows OS, and networking is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a proactive and positive approach.
