Proposal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete bidding lifecycle for large and complex proposals, from opportunity assessment to contract finalization.
• Lead proposal project management activities, including bid planning, scheduling, risk identification, and stakeholder coordination.
• Analyze customer RFQs/RFPs, clarify ambiguities, and define compliant bid strategies.
• Develop and validate technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer expectations and internal governance.
• Establish and negotiate commercial and trading terms, including pricing, payment milestones, Incoterms, and contractual clauses.
• Act as Control & Instrumentation Proposal Engineer for small to medium-sized proposals, delivering solutions independently or with minimal guidance.
• Review and endorse technical solutions, cost estimates, and risk assessments prior to submission.
• Support proposal approvals and sign-offs according to organizational authorization matrices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, supply chain, finance, legal) to ensure proposal accuracy and competitiveness.
