Within Enterprise Digital, the Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) organization partners closely with Product, Technology and Marketing teams to optimize digital journeys using data, experimentation, and advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
Manager – Data Analytics
This role will play a key role in enabling high-quality, reliable digital data across customer journeys by driving execution of data quality and instrumentation practices. Partnering with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams, you will help ensure consistent measurement, actionable insights, and scalable data solutions.
Provide structured analytical support for strategic decision-making across Digital Experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of digital data by monitoring quality, identifying gaps, and enforcing governance standards.
- Implement and manage tagging frameworks to enable reliable tracking and measurement across key user journeys
- Partner with Adobe teams to drive consistent, compliant tagging and improve data capture platforms
- Optimize data collection by eliminating redundant tracking and balancing business needs with platform performance
- Maintain clear KPI definitions and tagging documentation while ensuring adherence to standardized measurement practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality data solutions and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
Qualifications
- 4+ years of analytics experience with a background in quantitative business analysis, tagging and statistical and modeling techniques; experience in digital analytics preferred
- Deliver actionable insights by leveraging enterprise-wide digital, closed-loop, and customer behavioral data
- Define and monitor key KPIs to track various digital performance metrices, strong strategic thought leadership and problem-solving skills with ability to solve unstructured and complex business problems
- Proven track record of project and people management; ability to engage and inspire team members and partners
- Results driven by strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple priorities and keep team on track to exceed goals
