Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide advanced engineering design service and support to regional engineering team for RF, wireless, communication & connectivity components for product development.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, cellular) and wired technologies (e.g., Ethernet, fiber optics, USB).
  • Conduct RF simulations and model system-level performance to ensure designs meet specifications for frequency, gain, noise figure, and other critical parameters.
  • Implement advanced testing methodologies to evaluate RF performance metrics such as signal integrity, power efficiency, and interference management.
  • Stay current with emerging RF technologies, standards, and industry trends, providing innovative solutions and recommendations for product development.
  • Support the development and validation of reference designs to meet customer requirement.
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Attend technical and sales training in efforts to stay abreast of current technology.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of engineering designs and solutions for future reference.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor s Degree or higher in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronics/semiconductor, RF/wireless, and communication product design.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, cellular) and wired connectivity (e.g., Ethernet, fiber optics, CAN).
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEEE 802.11, IEEE 802.3, Bluetooth SIG, 3GPP).
  • Proficiency in using RF design and simulation tools like ADS, HFSS, or CST Microwave Studio, and experience with lab equipment such as Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing RF circuits and systems, with a solid understanding of signal processing and electromagnetic theory.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, ETSI) and a proven track record in meeting these requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Passion for innovation and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
